Digital Distributor S & S Entertainment Signs N.Y. Adult Cartoon Studio

WHITTIER, Calif. — Digital distribution company S & S Entertainment has signed B.A.T. Studios to a three-year deal that includes IPTV broadcasts.

B.A.T. Studios is a Brooklyn, N.Y.-based company behind Back Alley Toonz, an urban/hip-hop themed animation series, according to a statement.

S & S Entertainment specializes in worldwide distribution of digital adult content utilizing “resources around the world” that are made “available and developed through and with the help of” Marc Bruder, president of CED, Eileen M. Avalos, S & S’s assistant vice president, acquisitions, told XBIZ.

CED is a Santa Monica, Calif.-based adult program supplier to many broadcast, VOD, pay-per-view, MMDS, DTH-Backyard dish, fiber optic, mobile-cellular, hand-held-device, IPTV systems, stations, channels and networks worldwide, Bruder told XBIZ.

B.A.T. Studios first approached S & S Entertainment, which then signed them to a three-year deal, Ramos told XBIZ.

“We have discovered any less [means] the potential client is not truly serious,” Ramos said.

“We are most hopeful the profit potential for B.A.T. Studios will be generated uniquely through worldwide platforms,” Ramos told XBIZ. “IPTV is the first offering we hope to place.”

In September, S&S signed Saint Entertainment to a three-year, worldwide digital distribution deal.

S & S Entertainment can be reached via email at ssagents@gmail.com. For broadcast rights contact Alex at CED, (310) 829-0033, 4CED.com or alex@brivideo.com.
